THE POWER OF INTENTION AND MEDITATION PRACTICE

Every dream and every task begins with your intention.

The first step, “Intention,” is the beginning of everything. To achieve our dreams and desires, we must first form a clear, concise, and specific intention.

In Vedic texts, the process of intention realization is explained in three steps:

1. Intention

2. Attention

3. Manifestation

How intention is formed is also very important; the energy of a pure and sincere heart is undeniable.

Before every meditation, we first declare our intention. This is because meditation that begins without intention has no benefit beyond relaxing the central nervous system and managing stress.

First, we set our intention, then we direct our energy by focusing our attention on the subject of our intention. Directing the flow of energy means consciously engaging in actions and activities related to your intention every day, that is, dedicating quality time to serving your goal.

At the point where energy flows, creation, or manifestation, begins. You can also call this shaping your energy according to your intentions.

Remember: Intention is the Field of Infinite Possibilities, and Attention is Energy.

THE MANIFESTATION CAPACITY OF THE BRAIN

First of all, I recommend that you believe in the development capacity of your brain. Your brain cannot do something that you think it cannot do.

You cannot achieve something by not believing in it. There are some awareness exercises that break this rule, such as regular meditation practice... Meditation and controlled, rhythmic breathing exercises through the nose, etc., equip you with the ability to make the best choices for yourself without having to use your willpower.

Whether you believe in meditation or not, as long as you practice it regularly, you will experience the benefits of this amazing technology, which works like a software program in the human body, and you do not have to believe in the benefits of meditation to see the benefits.

Meditation is a technology we use to go beyond the mind and connect with our true selves, our true existence, bringing us closer to our essence every day.

Regular meditation practice frees us from the constant comparison and agitation of the mind, bringing us to a place of peace, tranquility, and infinite creativity that exists within us.

Don't forget to set your intention before beginning meditation.
