BALANCE YOUR EMOTIONAL STATE with HOME DECORATION

Organize the Energy Formation and Flow You Need in the Places You Live, Increase Your Wellbeing

The colors, furniture, accessories and paintings we use in home decoration directly affect our energy body.

What is the Energy Body?

Energy body means the state of emotion that occurs as a result of our direct thoughts and feelings. In other words, our daily psychological mode is constantly affected by the environment we are in through our 5 senses. Our senses have much more influence on our psychology than we realize.
The protein body we have is our body with the roughest vibration, and all our emotions and thoughts first exist in our energy body, which is our vibrational body, and then they permeate the protein body and create manifestation in the field of matter. This is clearly explained by the laws of Quantum Physics.
That's why I pay a lot of attention to the main colors of the walls and especially large furniture such as armchairs and cabinets, and the patterns of the covers and objects I use on them. I decorate my desk with crystals that I know are healing for me. When I look at my walls, I hang paintings by my favorite painters that make me feel good. By the way, I also use a lot of Paul Heussenstamm's Mandala on my walls.

My Priorities When Decorating My Home

Home is my sacred temple in this world where I spend the biggest part of my life, where I rest, renew my body, nourish myself and come together with my loved ones.
The first thing I pay attention to is that my house gets plenty of sun and light from all rooms. A large bedroom furnished in extremely simple and fresh colors, off-white, light-colored furniture and pillow colors that will create contrast with each other, a living room with comfortable armchairs, a large desk and an ergonomic desk chair in one part of the living room, a large library, green large-leaf plants as much as possible, a perfect sound system, and a large and bright kitchen and plenty of ayurvedic teas and ayurvedic spices in my kitchen are my must-haves.

Take Advantage of Simplicity and Minimalism

In Ayurvedic life, simplicity is used in the sense of integrating with our essence, that is, with nature as much as possible. Far from exaggeration and pomp, emphasize warm, sincere decorations in harmony that nourishes the physical body, mind, emotions and feelings, as well as the soul. A life of love and compassion is one of the main foundations of the Ayurvedic lifestyle. Ayurvedic Medicine and Ayurvedic Lifestyle is simply the Science of Self-Care.

Interior Design and Decoration Tips in Vedic Sciences Vaastu

In Vedic sciences, there are architectural and interior design rules that should be considered in the spaces we live in, called Vaastu. These general rules are aimed at capturing the rhythm of nature in the spaces, balancing the psychology of the people living in them and increasing their wellbeing.

Vaastu works according to the balance of 5 elements. These elements are ether, air, fire, water and earth. The main rules of Vaastu work across directions, floors, heights, weights and volumes.

For example, it is recommended that the head of the bed faces northeast, because the northeast direction is said to have the qualities of wisdom and spirituality on this planet, and it is written that having our head in that direction while sleeping nourishes us much more deeply. When you lie down, the best choice is to have the head in the northeast direction, with the right side of your body towards the east and south and the left side towards the west and north.

Create Inviting Spaces for Meditation and Breathing Techniques in Your Living Spaces

Meditation is the most beneficial technology and practice recommended by scientists to relax the mind and clear it of garbage thoughts.
Breathing and respiration is the primary detox system that human beings have.

If you learn to use your breath, you can control your mind. When you start to calm the mind, it is possible to create a balance in your entire physiology, especially the central nervous system, enteric nervous system, cardiovascular system, endocrine system, which is very important because it is our hormones that govern us.
Therefore, if you learn how your respiratory system works, you will have a much more energetic, healthy, joyful and serene body and mind with regular and rhythmic nasal breathing that you will incorporate into your daily life.

Create an inviting space at home where you can practice meditation and breathing exercises, and let that space be your holistic health and wellbeing space that you reserve every day just for YOURSELF.

In summary, the order in our home reflects the overall order in our lives. So if you want to make a change in your life, it is a very good idea to start with your home.
