The Longevity Habits & Nutrition and Supplements Coach Certification Program, led by Prof. Dr. Pelin Arıbal Ayral and Ebru Şinik, approaches healthy and balanced ageing from a holistic perspective.

The program brings together metabolism, clinical nutrition, daily routines, supplement use, breathwork, meditation and lifestyle practices to support a sustainable well-ageing journey.

The core focus of the program is to approach the daily routines, nutritional principles, metabolic balance and appropriate supplement use that support healthy and happy ageing through a holistic lifestyle perspective.

The program explores daily routines that support balance between body and mind, the essential principles to consider in different nutritional approaches and the correct use of supplements.

The aim is to help participants consciously support their own well-ageing journey and then develop a strong foundation for sharing this knowledge with others and with their clients.
