The 4th Wellbeing Conference, organised by the Wellbeing and Holistic Health Association, was held on 2 May 2026 at The Grand Tarabya Managed by Accor. Led by Ebru Şinik, Wellbeing Coach & Ayurveda Instructor, Founder of Yükselen Çağ Wellbeing Academy and Chairperson of the Wellbeing and Holistic Health Association, the conference became one of Türkiye’s most comprehensive wellbeing gatherings, welcoming a record 650 participants.
Bringing together 28 distinguished speakers from the worlds of business, finance, medicine, academia, arts and sports, the conference explored a wide range of topics affecting quality of life. Career wellbeing, financial wellbeing, longevity, skin health, work-life balance, exercise and music were discussed through nine multidisciplinary panels.
From Individual Wellbeing to Social Transformation
The Wellbeing and Holistic Health Association continues its work to improve individual, corporate and social quality of life in Türkiye. In its fourth year, the conference demonstrated the growing public interest in wellbeing and holistic health.
Hundreds of participants filled the venue from the early hours of the morning, reflecting a growing desire for a healthier, more balanced, meaningful and sustainable way of living.
Ebru Şinik’s Vision for Wellbeing
The opening speeches were delivered by Ebru Şinik, Chairperson of the Wellbeing and Holistic Health Association, and Sibel Yıldız, General Manager of Philips Personal Health for the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa.
In her opening address, Ebru Şinik emphasised that wellbeing is not limited to personal health habits. She described it as a holistic approach that includes professional life, financial decisions, social relationships, physical health and emotional balance.

A Heart-Brain Synchronization Meditation for 650 People
One of the most powerful and transformative moments of the conference was the Heart-Brain Synchronization Meditation guided by Ebru Şinik.
As 650 participants meditated together, the collective experience reflected the core philosophy of the conference. Participants did not simply listen to discussions about wellbeing; they experienced it directly through breath, awareness and meditation.
The session was shaped by Ebru Şinik’s long-standing work in science-based wellbeing, meditation, breathing practices and sustainable lifestyle education. It demonstrated the unifying effect that awareness practices can create within large communities.

“Our main mission is to make science-based resources more accessible for a healthy, happy and balanced life. Wellbeing is not simply the absence of illness. We invite everyone who creates value for themselves and society to become part of this growing community.”
